In the week ending December 9, 2022, a total of 3,186 real estate transactions worth 91 billion dirhams were registered in Dubai, according to a report by the Dubai Land Department.
In total, according to the data, 419 plots were sold for 2.24 billion dirhams, 2,233 apartments and villas were sold for 4.64 billion dirhams.
A plot of land in Marsa Dubai, sold for 265.69 million dirhams, was the most expensive transaction of the week, followed by a plot of land that was sold for 64.16 million dirhams in World Islands.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the largest number of transactions this week with 200 sales transactions worth 621.52 million dirhams, followed by Jabal Ali First with 79 sales transactions worth 255.32 million dirhams, and Al Yufrah 2 with 25 sales transactions worth 32 million dirhams in third place.
Jumeirah Second recorded the three highest apartment sales for the week, which were estimated at 54 million dirhams, 50 million dirhams and 37 million dirhams, respectively. The total amount of mortgaged real estate for the week was 1.75 billion dirhams, and the highest was the land in Me'AISEM First, mortgaged for 355 million dirhams.
129 properties were provided to relatives of the first degree in the amount of 500 million dirhams.
