Average rental cost of a two-bedroom apartment in Discovery Gardens is USD 10,345, while the average home sale price is USD 113,529.

INTERNATIONAL CITY DISTRICT

Apartments in International City offer on average rental yields of over 8 perсent annually. Renting a two-bedroom apartment in the district will cost about USD 6,806, buying it will cost about USD 81,676. According to Property Finder, over the last six months rents in this community have increased by 6 percent.

DUBAI MARINA AREA

Dubai Marina offers the third highest rental profitability in Dubai. Homeowners renting out apartments here receive an annual profit of 6 percent. You can rent an apartment in Dubai Marina for as much as USD 16,335 and buy one for USD 225,970. The rental cost in the area have remained stable over the last six months.

DAMAC HILLS COMMUNITY OF VILLAS AND TOWNHOUSES
