Two contracts have been signed for the construction of 986 houses in the Masaar community in Sharjah in the amount of 939 million dirhams

Masaar, a major Sharjah forest project, has two important contracts worth 939 million dirhams for the construction of 986 new houses in two residential areas. Masaar, an $8 billion development with 4,000 residences spread across seven gated neighborhoods, has a master plan with more than 50,000 trees inspired by nature.

 

The contract for the construction of 421 villas and townhouses in Kaya, the second residential phase of the Masaar community, was awarded to Pivot Engineering & General Contracting, an Abu Dhabi-based company with over 44 years of experience in the local market. The transaction amount is estimated at 401 million dirhams. The first phase of construction at Kaya will begin immediately and last 18 months.

 

Renowned contractor Intermass from Sharjah has received a contract worth 538 million dirhams for the construction of 565 villas and townhouses in Robinia, the third residential phase of the Masaar community. Intermass is currently working on a construction site in Masaar to complete the construction of the first residential phase in Sendian. Nasma Residences and Aljada are two more projects that Intermass has been working on. Construction of Robinia will begin immediately and will be completed in 17 months.
