Dubai's most expensive houses: Penthouse in Jumeirah sells for 120 million dirhams

The emirate's real estate market has been growing throughout the year, and recently a penthouse in Jumeirah was put up for sale for 120 million dirhams, making it one of the most expensive properties in history.

A ready-to-move penthouse with four bedrooms, a mejlis area, a private elevator and double-height ceilings is listed on Penthouse.ae, an elite division of Metropolitan Premium Properties. The view, one of the most coveted assets in the local real estate market, is included in the expensive price tag.

The penthouse at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), located on the 73-75 floors of the Jumeirah Gate Tower, offers 360-degree views of the Dubai skyline, Bluewaters, Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, and Burj Al Arab.

According to the study, as of June, 67,900 millionaires lived in Dubai, including 202 cent millionaires (those with a fortune exceeding $100 million) and 13 billionaires. Given its rapid expansion, Dubai, which currently occupies the 23rd position in the world ranking, is projected to enter TOP-20 by 2030.

Ads like this are not surprising, given the growing number of wealthy people who prefer to live in Dubai. When you add luxury and convenience, the price suddenly doesn't seem out of place. For example, this residence offers access to five-star amenities and services, as well as 100 meters of direct access to the beach.
