According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 476 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.17 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market on Monday, as well as 92 mortgage transactions totaling 181.95 million dirhams and 20 gift transactions totaling 35.42 million dirhams.
More than 1.3 billion dirhams were spent on real estate as a result of the sale of 430 villas and apartments for 845.38 million dirhams, the mortgage of 73 villas and apartments in the amount of 120.07 million dirhams and the sale of 46 land plots in the amount of 322.29 million dirhams.
