AIRE RESIDENCES Development description
Aire Residences is a new building in Dubai from the developer Alta Real Estate Development. The building will be located in one of the most prestigious areas of Dubai City Walk. Now the residential community is under construction, and the completion of work is scheduled for Q4 2026. The 71-storey building will house 151 residences: 143 apartments with 2–4 bedrooms, 2 duplexes, 5 penthouses and 1 triplex. From the windows of the residences will open a fascinating view of the city and the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa.
Architecture and design
The high-rise building has an elegant look with futuristic elements that give it a recognizable personality. The project of the tower was developed by the architectural bureau Arquitectonica based in the USA, and the interior design was prepared by the Australian studio McKimm. Panoramic glazing will provide the interior with plenty of natural daylight. High ceilings and finishes in bright colors will visually expand the space, while at the same time leaving the owners the opportunity to add original accents in the form of bright furniture or accessories to the design of the premises.
