Sobha Estates in Dubai, UAE, is a premium villa community under construction in the Sobha Hartland II community. The luxury new development by the Sobha Realty developer includes 3 clusters of 5- and 6-bedroom homes with a garden and a private swimming pool:

The project's first phase involves the construction of a cluster with 5-bedroom villas with an area of 782–789 m². All homes will have access to an expansive green park, easy access to crystal lagoons and landscaped private community beaches.

Sobha Estates in Sobha Hartland II

The luxury community is being built in the Sobha Hartland II gated community, which is part of the larger Mohammed Bin Rashid City neighbourhood. The new neighbourhood of over 743,000 m² will offer residents world-class infrastructure that includes:
