The project is inspired by the movie Avatar, particularly the floating Hallelujah Mountains of Pandora, and embodies the concept of the Tree of Life. The architecture reflects this through intertwining tree trunks and roots, symbolizing timeless wisdom, growth, and nature’s resilience, with the façade featuring “flying trees” on special columns and cascading waterfalls. The building is crafted with natural materials such as stone and wood, incorporating energy-efficient technologies and achieving LEED Platinum certification for sustainability. Embedded within the structure are 1,450 specific crystals, geodes, and precious stones, strategically placed in columns and concrete slabs, following Vāstu-Śastra principles. These crystals enhance positive energy flow throughout the building, purify negative energy, and promote harmony, health, and mental well-being for residents. This unique system is designed to fill the building with energy, cleanse the space of dark manifestations of human nature, reduce conflict, increase concentration, and improve mental tasks, while harmonizing the space for a happy life, promoting the development of mental and physical abilities, especially in children.
The project integrates the five natural elements—Air, Water, Fire, Tree, and Stone—through features like air purification systems, waterfalls, greenery, and natural stone finishes, creating a balanced, serene environment. It also appeals to the seven senses: Taste, through exclusive dining experiences; Smell, with custom natural fragrances like jasmine and ylang-ylang permeating the public spaces; Touch, through the use of tactile, natural materials and crystals; Hearing, with high-end acoustic systems playing 432 Hz frequencies to soothe and regenerate the body; Sight, with soft, adjustable lighting and breathtaking visual features like waterfalls and greenery; and Balance, through architectural elements like floating art objects, flying dining areas, and open spaces that promote equilibrium and mindfulness. The extensive amenities include a private drop-off area, a dedicated service entrance, outdoor lounge seating, an outdoor waterfall, and a grand timber entry door. Inside, there is a double-volume reception area with cozy seating and a treehouse-inspired lounge. A diverse collection of books, a 24/7 concierge service, and various seating arrangements create a welcoming atmosphere. On the amenities floor, residents will enjoy a 25-meter infinity pool, a children’s pool, a crystal garden, and a pool deck with private loungers and sunken seating. There is also a secret view lounge, an outdoor bar, and changing rooms. The clubhouse features a private chef with an open kitchen, private dining and workrooms, a library, and a music lounge. The parking area, spread across the ground and podium levels, includes EV charging stations, bicycle parking, and a drivers’ lounge, all with natural ventilation and views of hanging gardens.
