The district, founded in 2003, is a free economic zone covering an area of about 4 sq. km. Initially, it housed various businesses, including those involved in printing and media offices. Currently, Dubai Production City is approximately 50% developed. In addition to residential buildings and media offices, it features beauty salons, fitness studios, and ATMs.
