Jumeirah is one of the most popular areas on the coast of Dubai. It attracts not only tourists but also investors. However, the Jumeirah community does not officially exist as an independent unit of the emirate. It is a territorial designation of the area between the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed highway and the coastal line. In the east, the sub-community is adjacent to the Port of Rashid and in the west, it borders Dubai Marina.
It consists of several communities:

- Al Manara;

- Jumeirah 1,2,3;
- Trade Center 1;
- City Walk;

The total length of the terrain is 21 kilometers long and about 2.5 kilometers wide. The total area is 40 square kilometers.
The coastal zone is a developed urban environment with all the necessities for life. There are well-maintained beaches, entertainment centers, water parks, supermarkets, shops, an aquarium, and museums. The popularity of the area is related to its properties on offer. It includes 6 buildings of over 170 apartments overlooking a magnificent view of the coast, 15 private houses, and a yacht club pier.
The main direction of development in the area is the elite villas. 2 complexes in Jumeirah 2 are houses with landscaped gardens and terraces. In Jumeirah 3, there is a community of villas called Arenco 32 and Al Safina. Children can be educated at primary and secondary educational institutions such as English College and Jumeirah College. The first to the sixth grade are taught at GEMS Jumeirah Primary School.
