Emirates Hospital Jumeirah is approximately 15 to 17 minutes away from the community. The hospital offers various medical services including cardiology, mammography, dermatology, dentistry, dietetics, endocrinology, ENT, gastroenterology, genetics, oncology, orthopedics, general practitioners and more. The hospital also has departments of surgery, intensive care, nephrology, in vitro fertilization, pathology, neurology, obstetrics and gynecology, emergency care, infectious diseases, and others.
There is a bus stop near the Dubai Mall, which is about a 15-minute walk from the community. The nearest metro station is also within walking distance, about 15-16 minutes. The station is located near and named after the Burj Khalifa skyscraper.

The real attractions of the area are the bustling open-air markets, where visitors can immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere and enjoy the sounds, sights and aromas of an authentic Arabic bazaar. Here you can buy jewellery, textiles, carpets, spices and handicrafts.
Another popular recreational spot is Dubai Mall, which offers a variety of places to enjoy an interesting pastime. For example, the mall's ice rink is the largest in the emirate. There are public skating sessions almost every day, and occasionally there are ice hockey matches.
The mall is also home to KidZania, a small children's city where kids can learn various crafts and even drive a car. While the kids try their hand at one of the 80 trades, the adults can relax in the parents' room, drink coffee, or watch TV.
If a child wants to be a firefighter, he or she can don a uniform and put out a real fire with a fire hose under the strict supervision of an instructor.
