Thе Greens Community is a project from one of the largest developers in the UAE - Emaar Properties, PJSC. It includes 40 buildings in 10 residential complexes. The area has developed infrastructure and everything you need for life, from shops and social institutions to a large number of parks and artificial lakes. Where are The Greens?

It is located along Dubai’s largest transport artery, Sheikh Zayed Highway. The district is convenient as you can get to any point in the metropolis from here. It neighbors large communities like Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Knowledge Village, and Dubai Media City.

It is one of the central areas of the emirate. Al Khail Road E44 is in the immediate vicinity and it connects to various residential areas, including part of Dubailand.
