The largest penthouse of Atlantis The Royal Residences in Palm Jumeirah was sold for 163 million dirhams.
The five-bedroom penthouse with an area of 25,208 square meters includes a heavenly garden, two private pools and terraces, a private elevator and floor-to-ceiling windows with 360-degree endless views of the Arabian Sea and Palm Jumeirah.
Palm Jumeirah was one of Dubai's most popular neighborhoods when it came to penthouses. Last year, the penthouse at the Atlantis hotel The Royal Resort & Residences was sold for 180 million dirhams.
The new penthouse is located on the highest floors of residential towers — 35, 36 and 37 with an additional mezzanine on the 37th floor. The resort's amenities include individual a la carte packages, a 90-meter infinity pool, access to more than 40 eateries and restaurants, treatment rooms, steam bath and sauna, gyms, tennis courts and many others.
