The single largest sale of residential land on Jumeirah Bay Island, which occupies 46,222 square meters of prime coastal location, was closed for 180 million dirhams ($50 million). Jumeirah Bay offers first-class real estate on the seashore for wealthy people.
The sale of this plot on the island of Jumeirah Bay broke the previous record of a land plot in the neighborhood for 150 million dirhams in January 2022.
The size of residential plots on the island varies from 16,000 to 37,000 square meters. Compared to the 4,000 Palm Jumeirah sites, there are only 128 in Jumeirah Bay, which makes them very desirable and exclusive among buyers.
Located between World Islands and Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Bay Island Hotel offers tenants a central location. The island is shaped like a seahorse and covers an area of more than 6.3 million square feet with low-rise apartments, villas, a boutique resort and marina, as well as the five-star Bvlgari Hotel.
