In July 2022, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department made 2,417 transactions

According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (CARD), a total of 2,417 transactions were made last month, distributed across 71 different locations in the Emirate of Sharjah.

 

Below is a breakdown of transactions: 588 purchase and sale transactions, 338 mortgage transactions and 1491 other miscellaneous transactions.

 

Purchase and sale transactions were recorded at 24.3% in the monthly SRERD report, although mortgage and other transactions exceeded 14% and 61.7%, respectively.

 

According to the statistics of the Department, 266 purchase and sale transactions were made in the commercial district of Suwayle in general, which is the largest indicator in the Emirate of Sharjah.

 

The report also stated that a total of 588 purchase and sale transactions were completed by type of real estate. In the Emirate of Sharjah, 145 transactions were made with unoccupied lands and 126 transactions with developed lands. In addition, 317 transactions related to free-standing towers.
