Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the largest number of transactions this week, namely 222 sales transactions worth 627.48 million dirhams UAE, followed by Jabal Ali First with 11 sales transactions worth 29.28 million dirhams UAE and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 9 sales transactions worth 108 million dirhams.
TOP-3 deals included an apartment sold for 292 million dirhams in Marsa Dubai, the second in the list is an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for 235 million dirhams, and the third is an apartment sold for 171 million dirhams in Palm Jumeirah.
The amount of mortgaged real estate for the week amounted to 696.14 million dirhams. 60 properties were provided to relatives of the first degree in the amount of 143 million dirhams of the UAE.
