According to data published by the Dubai Land Department, 2,369 real estate transactions worth 9.9 billion dirhams were completed in the week ending July 6, 2022.
For a total of 1.63 billion dirhams, 379 land plots were sold, while 4.26 billion dirhams were spent on 1,990 houses and villas.
The largest transaction concerned a land plot in Palm Jumeirah for 80 million dirhams UAE, followed by a land deal in Seih Shuaib for 59 million dirhams UAE.
The most expensive sales of apartments and villas were apartments in Palm Jumeirah, which were sold for 73 million dirhams UAE, and apartments in Al Sufouh First, which were sold for 57 million dirhams UAE.
