A bright future for UAE real estate

A bright future for UAE real estate

According to real estate experts, the UAE real estate market still offers several attractive opportunities, especially for international investors who have arrived in the country for the first time at the Expo 2020 mega-event. Many visitors were here not only at Expo-2020, but also sought to explore business and investment opportunities.

«In general, if you look at prices in Dubai, you can see a jump of 40-60%. In the luxury segment, housing prices have almost doubled, or even 2.5 times», explained one of the leading experts on the Dubai real estate market. — «I want to emphasize that the investors who came were not going to speculate on the purchased assets - these are not the people who after some time want to make quick money on the resale of housing. There is a speculative market that is not stable, although it can bring high dividends. But now is the time for the so—called end buyers, that is, those who purchase housing for their own living. And there are a lot more of them in Dubai today».

Dubai has always been considered a place where investments were safe and which promises a good rental income. «This is one of the few places in the world where rental income ranges from 4.5 to 9%. While other very popular locations on the world map will provide only 3.5 to 4% of income. In Dubai, your money is safe, it is tied to the dollar, so you can be sure that there are no currency fluctuations here», experts add.
