A new residential project has been launched in Dubai Festival City

On Monday, June 27, 2022, a brand new residential project was launched in the Dubai Festival City area. Al Badia Terraces includes 350 housing units.

132 one-bedroom houses, 193 two-bedroom apartments and 26 three-bedroom apartments will make up the Al Badia Terraces complex. Bedroom sizes range from 70 square meters for a one-bedroom apartment to 109 square meters for a two-bedroom and 180 square meters for a three-bedroom.

The project should be completed in less than 24 months.
