Since the beginning of 2022, 12,119 purchase and sale transactions have been made in Dubai. The volume of transactions increased by 17.7% compared to 2017.
The Dubai real estate market registered a record 6,346 transactions in February 2022, which is 43.5% more than in any other February in the entire history of observations. Sales in February also increased by 9.9% month-on-month. Real estate prices and rents in the Dubai residential real estate market, according to experts, will continue to grow in 2022 against the background of the «strong economy of the emirate».
In February, 2,576 transactions with off-plan real estate were registered in Dubai, which is 4.9% less than in January, but 112.9% more year-on-year. In February, more than 3,000 off-plan residential units entered the real estate market. Townhouses occupied a share of 58.5%, while the share of apartments and villas amounted to 36.8% and 4.7%, respectively.
