An 18-storey residential complex will be built in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The artificial archipelago of Al Marjan, popular with tourists, was chosen for the development.
The project consists of two 18-storey buildings and offers buyers a choice of apartments with layouts from one to four bedrooms. A total of 206 apartments, six penthouses and two “heaven villas” with private pools and recreation areas were announced. At the same time, the initial real estate of any of the objects is still unknown.
The total cost of construction is AED 1.5 billion ($408 million). The developer is Luxe Developers. So far, the developer does not name the deadlines for the project.
Recently, developers are increasingly choosing sites in the coastal zone. This is a new trend in the UAE real estate market, which, in addition to Ras Al Khaimah, is clearly visible in Dubai.
