Abu Dhabi to build 204 villas for local families

Abu Dhabi authorities have announced the Sweihan housing project. According to the project, a residential area for 204 villas will appear in the small town of Sweihan. The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Authority (ADIA) oversees the project. The construction will cost AED 572 million ($156 million).

 

The residential area will occupy an area of about 800 km. In addition to the villas, a community center, shops, parks, mosques, parks will appear on the territory. Plots will be allocated for the construction of commercial and social infrastructure.

 

The project in Sveikhan is the first of those that will use the new Integrated Neighborhood Directory social housing standards designed for the needs of families. It is known that each villa will have five separate bedrooms, a separate living room and a dining room. The design of the villas should reflect the national and cultural characteristics of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
