An elite residential complex by the sea will be built in Ras Al Khaimah

A new luxury residential complex in the coastal zone will be built in Ras Al Khaimah. As a location, the developers chose Mina Al Arab, a resort agglomeration and the most expensive area of the emirate in terms of real estate prices. A residential complex will be built on Hayat Island.

 

The project, which has not yet been named, will be designed primarily for large families - spacious apartments with many rooms predominate in the layouts. Residents will have direct access to the local beach. At the same time, they will have expensive restaurants and other resort infrastructure within walking distance. Some of the shops and services will be located on the ground floor of the residential complex.

 

Dubai-based Ellington Properties and Ras Al Khaimah's largest developer RAK Properties will jointly build the project.

 

Representatives of real estate developers noted that the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in recent years has become not only a popular tourist destination, but also an attractive destination for investment, primarily in real estate. In their project, the developers want to combine the convenience of urban life with a sense of freedom and independence that living on a separate island gives.
