Apartments with private pools for property owners

A new project from Danube Properties promises to have more than 100 units with pools out of the 270 apartments in the building. If before developers in Dubai were going for larger living spaces, including private gardens, the trend this year shifted to private gyms, game rooms and pools. 

Generally with time, buyers became more demanding and privacy is one of the top priorities on their list. Having your own private facilities, that before were mostly public, opens doors to a completely new buyer. “Even in the affordable luxury space, today’s owners are ready to move from common facilities to having their own private ones,” said Rizwan Sajan, Chairman of Danube Group.

The new buyers are becoming younger and present a new challenge for developers. The age group between 28-32 years present the need to offer more lifestyle benefits than those that would typically fit into an apartment. That is why Rizwan Sajan is convinced that implementing private pools in apartments is the way to go. People are open for new experiences and lifestyles, so it’s in the interest of developers to bring new and fresh ideas to the table.
