Arada to develop the Nest, a student housing complex, at Aljada, Sharjah

The Nest complex will cover an area of over 388,000 square feet and comprise 12 five-storey apartment blocks.

Arada was once again hit UAE real estate news headlines when the group announced it was building an integrated student housing complex in Aljada known as the Nest with the participation of a Sharjah-based contractor, Intermass Engineering and Contracting Company. The construction company has over 40 years' experience in the regional industry and has also worked previously at Aljada. The new project cost is estimated at USD 99 million and will be ready for handover by the second quarter of 2022.

The Nest complex will cover an area of over 388,000 square feet and comprise 12 five-storey apartment blocks. Each block will feature studios, two, four, five and eight-bed dormitories as well as study areas, shared TV and laundry rooms.
