For the week of June 6–10, 2022, the total value of real estate transactions was AED 8.7 billion ($2.3 billion). 2,369 transactions were completed overall during this time.
For AED 1.26 billion ($343 million), 262 land plots were auctioned. For AED 3.4 billion ($925.6 million), 1,572 flats and villas were sold.

The most expensive transactions
The three most costly transactions were:
- the sale of a Wadi Al Safa 2 property plot for AED 78.23 million ($29.2 million);
- an Al Merkadh land plot for AED 110 million ($29.9 million);
- and an Al Merkadh land plot for AED 110 million ($29.9 million).
With 159 transactions totaling AED 429.04 million ($116.8 million), Al Hebiah Fifth had the most sales deals this week. Jabal Ali First comes in second with 30 sales of AED 91.15 million (24. $8 million). With 11 transactions totaling AED 13 million ($3.5 million), Al Yufrah came in third.
Sales of apartments
Apartments in Marsa Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, and Um Suqaim Third were sold for a total of:
- AED 328 million ($89.2 million);
- AED 222 million ($60.4 million);
- and AED 523 million ($142.3 million), respectively.
For the week, the value of all the properties was AED3.48 billion ($947.4 million). For a site in Jumeirah Second, the highest price was AED 2 billion ($544.5 million).
