«Billionaires’ Row» in Palm Jumeirah has become the most exclusive street for the rich and famous

Dubai's «Billionaires' Row», located on the Front G site in Palm Jumeirah, is now considered «the most exclusive street for the rich and famous of Dubai».

 

Earlier in 2022, another of the branded villas on «Billionaires’ Row» Casa Del Sole was sold for a record amount of 302 million dirhams for the Dubai real estate market amid the rapid growth of the market, especially in the elite sector.

 

According to a report by consulting company Knight Frank, the cost of luxury housing in Dubai, including Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Bay, has increased by 89% over the past 12 months.

 

According to CBRE, prices for Palm Jumeirah villas are the most expensive in Dubai - 3,704 dirhams per square meter in October 2022. Prices have been rising for each of the last six months, sometimes by as much as 5% monthly.

 

Villa Riva Del Lusso covers an area of 10,000 square meters with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, private beach access, private pool and views of Atlantis and Royal Atlantis. Palm Jumeirah also registered a recent rental record after the villa was rented out for six months for 4 million dirhams.

 

And the most expensive rental deal on the Jumeirah Islands was also fixed at 1.2 million dirhams, as rents and prices rise amid a broader economic recovery in the UAE.
