DAMAC has launched a new housing project on the banks of the Dubai Canal

Dubai-based developer DAMAC Properties has launched the construction of the second building in the Canal Heights project - a 45-storey tower designed for luxury living by the sea in the prestigious central Dubai Business Bay area. The project appeared shortly after the successful launch of the first branded Canal Heights tower in the developer's portfolio.

According to experts, recently there has been a phenomenal increase in the number of "branded residences" in the Dubai real estate market. In this particular scenario, the more name recognition can be associated with a project, the higher its chances of getting a buyer.

Canal Heights 2, located on the banks of the Dubai Canal in the heart of the Business Bay district, will be decorated in the blue topaz color scheme in the interior created by the brand of the Swiss jewelry company de Grisogono.

The starting price for apartments in the first tower of the Canal Heights project is 1,256,000 AED. Apartments in Canal Heights are designed to meet the needs of modern families. The apartments are spacious and have an open-plan living room, high ceilings and large windows through which natural light penetrates.

It is worth noting that for DAMAC Properties this is not the first such experience of cooperation with well-known brands. In early February 2023, the company signed a construction contract worth $241.2 million for the Cavalli Tower, and at the end of February 2023, the developer commissioned the ZADA Tower in Business Bay.
