DAMAC has selected contractors to implement the new phase of Damac Lagoons

DAMAC Properties has appointed a group of leading consulting companies, such as Energoprojekt Entel, AECOM, BHNS Engineering Consultants and Khatib&Alami to further implementation of DAMAC Lagoons project in Dubailand.

DAMAC Lagoons is the newest residential complex from DAMAC Properties in Dubai. Off-plan properties are for sale. The authors of the design project were inspired by the atmosphere of Mediterranean resorts. The Lagoons complex is located near the famous DAMAC Hills community in Dubiland. The master plan of this community includes eight clusters representing eight popular Mediterranean resorts: Venice, Morocco, Portofino, Malta, Nice, Santorini, Costa Brava and Andalusia. The clusters are connected by lagoons. The community will provide its inhabitants with facilities for recreation on the water and water sports.

The DAMAC Lagoons master plan includes the following residential properties:

  • 3-bedroom townhouses
  • 3-bedroom villas that can be bought with crypto
  • 4-bedroom villas
  • 5-bedroom villas
