Dubai-based developer Danube Properties has announced the launch of the largest real estate project Viewz. This two-tower residential complex, which, when completed, will include Sky Villa apartments and villas, will change the concept of a luxurious lifestyle and go down in history as the first furnished project of the Aston Martin brand. The construction cost will be more than AED 1.4 billion ($380 million).

Viewz by Danube is a prestigious residential complex of two towers that will be connected by an exquisite Sky Bridge. The Danube Viewz project will combine a wide range of properties: studios, 1-3-bedroom apartments and Sky Villas or duplex houses with panoramic views of the urban surroundings of Dubai. The community will also include furnished public lounge spaces with upscale amenities from Aston Martin.

Viewz by Danube is Danube Properties' first high-end residential property project to be located in the K cluster of Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) in Dubai. Prices in Viewz by Danube start at AED 950,000 ($258,600) – this will be the price of a studio with furniture and interior from Aston Martin.

Investment-attractive real estate in the complex

Real estate in the Viewz by Danube complex in JLT in Dubai is suitable for both permanent residence and investment. For example, 1-bedroom flats have a return on investment of 8.3% with an average rent of AED 75,000 ($20,000) per year.

By investing in Viewz by Danube real estate, owners of residences and Sky Villas, the cost of which is at least AED 2 million ($545,000), will use a 10-year "Golden Visa". Owners of a studio or apartment for over AED 750,000 ($204,000) are eligible for a 2-year resident visa.
