Deyaar starts construction on phases 3 and 4 of its Midtown project in Dubai

Primary contractor Gammon & Billimoria starts work on Noor District as sales open and earthworks commence.

Deyaar Development PJSC (Deyaar) has announced the start of construction on phases 3 and 4 of its Midtown community development in Dubai. Gammon & Billimoria LLC was chosen as the primary contractor for the project with contracts worth $100.75 million.

Soil testing has been completed and initial earthworks has begun on phase 3, the Noor district, which is already open for sale. When the construction is over, the Noor district will consist of seven buildings with studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, retail and F&B options, sports facilities and green spaces and many other amenities.

Deyaar takes its commitment to providing affordable, high-quality residential and mixed-use developments very seriously. So Midtown is designed to not only provide residents with an ideal home but also to ensure that they could enjoy community living with all the basic amenities close to them. The first two phases of the project turned out to be very successful and received excellent responses.

Midtown development is 50% complete at the moment. The first two phases, Afnan and Dania comprises a total of 13 buildings and more than 1,200 apartments. Both districts are home to over 554 families. Designed as an integrated community in Dubai Production City, Midtown has over 30,000 square feet of retail space between the Dania and Afnan districts, where one can find a supermarket, nursery, restaurants, ladies’ and gents’ salons and a pharmacy. In addition to that, eight outlets are expected to be operational within the next few months. Residents also have access to such facilities as swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, and walking tracks, providing a safe environment for recreation and interaction.

The complete plan of the Midtown project includes six districts with 24 buildings across a built-up area of almost five million square feet, with more than 2,000 units, from studio to three-bedroom apartments.

The developer added that buyers can benefit from the Deyaar Flexi Program that requires an initial payment of only 10% and offers multiple settlement plan options extending for up to 10 years.
