As Dubai's super-premium market continues to thrive, in 2022 there will be another expensive property in one of the most sought-after areas of the emirate.
Luxhabitat Sotheby's International Realty, the leading luxury real estate marketing and sales platform, announced on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, the exclusive placement for sale of a six-bedroom villa built to order in Emirates Hills.
The villa, which has a built-up area of 30,000 square meters and a total plot size of 32,932 square meters, is located in the Land sector, which will be sold for 190 million dirhams.
Luxhabitat Sotheby's International Realty, which in 2022 sold one expensive villa in Emirates Hills with a total sales volume of 458.5 million dirhams, said that the new property will attract the attention of wealthy people (HNWI) due to the limited supply of luxury real estate in Dubai.
Known as «Beverly Hills of Dubai», the Emirates Hills neighborhood has recently faced record high prices due to limited availability combined with growing demand from overseas ultra-rich people seeking to invest in urban real estate. According to the Dubai Land Department, luxury real estate sales increased by 40% in the third quarter of 2022, reaching 727 million dirhams.
