Dubai areas with the biggest price increase in June were named

Experts have determined where in Dubai in June 2023, real estate prices rose the most.

According to the study, Downtown Dubai was in the first place in the apartment segment. The price per square meter was AED 26,266 ($7,151). This is 2.5% more than in June 2022 and the highest figure in Dubai.

In second place is Palm Jumeirah with AED 26,092 ($7,104) per square meter. Here, in comparison with June 2022, the price increased by 1.3%.

At the same time, Palm Jumeirah is in the first place in the villa segment. The price per square meter was AED 52,151 ($14,198), which is 3.3% more than June-2022.

In second place is Emirates Hills with AED 26,910 ($7,326). The price per square meter increased by 3.3% compared to the same period.

If we consider the dynamics alone in isolation from prices, the most promising area in the villa segment turns out to be Jumeirah Islands. The growth was 4.6%, which is a record indicator. However, the price still has room to grow: it is AED 20,817 ($5,668) per square meter.
