The Grand Millennium Resort will be located on Marjan Island, according to a contract signed by Dubai Investments and Millennium Hotels & Resorts.
The 300-room hotel will operate under the Grand Millennium brand and be positioned as a top-class resort with branded restaurants and a variety of beach activities. It is expected that the construction will be completed by the 4th quarter of 2025.
The agreement was signed by Fahad Abdul Rahim Kazim, CEO of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Middle East and Africa, and Khalid Bin Kalban, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Investments.

Over the years, Dubai Investments has maintained a healthy portfolio of hotel projects through its multifunctional developments, and the inclusion of the Grand Millennium Resort - Danah Bay is another great addition», said Bin Kalban.
More than 145 hotels are owned, operated and operated by Millennium Hotels and Resorts in 80 different locations.
