Dubai's fastest projects were completed in 750-1000 days in 2021

Since it takes from 750 to 1000 days for the fastest completion of construction, more and more developers in Dubai are beginning to fulfill their promises and deliver objects on time.

Developers who completed their projects last year did so in an average of 4.4 years. Of the 350 active projects, 86 were completed in Dubai in 2021. This led to the creation of 33,000 brand new title deeds, completing one of the best years for the neighborhood real estate market. The final amount for this year should be slightly higher.

Dubai's Land Department, Cityscape Global, has named the TOP 10 developers with the fastest project implementation rates in 2021. Grove Real Estate Development (Area), Jumeirah Hills Development (Madinat Jumeirah Living) and Iman Developers rounded out the top five in the ranking (Oxford Boulevard).
