Dubai's palm islands continue to be replenished with ultra-luxury homes, one of which cost 300 million dirhams

Amid the demand for ultra-luxury real estate in the UAE, it is planned to form a «Billionaires' Row» in Dubai. 13 ultramodern residences are already located on this strip. Prices for these villas range from AED 120 to AED 300 million (USD 33 to USD 82 million) and are expected to boost Dubai's status as one of the most exclusive destinations for high-end real estate.

The new luxury villa Riva Del Lusso with an area of 929 sq. m, located on the seashore, has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, which provides enough space for a comfortable stay. In addition, homeowners will be able to use a private swimming pool and basement parking for eight cars. According to some reports, the construction of the next villa should be completed by the end of June.

The launch of the AVA at Palm Jumeirah complex has also recently started on the famous Palm Jumeirah Island. It offers 17 elite residences with private pools and terraces, as well as 1 palace on several floors, which is considered the first of its kind in the region.

AVA at Palm Jumeirah will be equipped with infinity pools, a presidential cinema, lounges, as well as a fitness center and spa. In addition to all of the above, residents will be provided with a number of individual round-the-clock services, such as personal valet and florist services, doorman and porter services, as well as other a la carte offers.
