Real estate investors from the UK, Italy and France took first place in the list of TOP-10 foreign investors in Dubai, this is due to the dominance of the secondary market in Q1 2022.
The resurgent real estate market of the emirate showed the best progress in the quarter since 2010, when a total of 20 539 purchase and sale transactions worth 55.5 billion dirhams were concluded. Investors from India and Pakistan also made significant investments in Dubai real estate during Q1 2022. The number of Canadian investors and buyers has also increased significantly. Investors from Lebanon and China were among the other three nationalities in TOP-10.
It is expected that foreign investors from other regions will also enter the market, as it continues to show high performance. Experts believe that 2022 will end on a strong note due to rising prices and demand.
