Expo-2020 stimulates demand for facilities in Dubai South

Experts believe that Expo-2020 has given a significant impetus to the construction of many projects in Dubai South, one of the fastest growing business and residential districts in Dubai.

 

Khalifa Al-Zaffin, executive chairman of the region's largest commercial aviation infrastructure, said Dubai South and its neighborhoods have achieved growth over the past year despite the impact of COVID-19.

 

Due to several outstanding achievements in various divisions, including attracting new customers and companies, signing partnership agreements and launching unique projects, Dubai South ended 2021 on a high note.

 

The District Villa Plots project was also launched in 2021. Currently, the residential area is home to more than 25,000 residents who enjoy a unique lifestyle and amenities.

 

As a result of optimal services and business solutions, Business Park in Dubai South showed outstanding performance in 2021 compared to 2020, renting 243,805 square meters of space and retaining 85% of working places.
