The first residential units in Expo City Dubai have a price tag of 1.2 million AED ($330,000) and above. The first phase of the City, which will appear at Expo 2020, was intended exclusively for rent. The announced launch will be the first phase of real estate sale in the Expo Valley and Expo Central communities within the framework of the Dubai Master Plan for Development until 2040 project.
"Expo Central and Expo Valley redefine the concept of energy self-sufficient and energy-efficient city life, using everything that visitors liked so much at Expo 2020 Dubai to create comfortable connected communities," said Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development of Expo City Dubai.
Expo Valley is a premium residential development project. The windows of the houses offer spectacular views of the nature reserve, lake and sandy islets. The complex is distinguished by a unique topography with a special microclimate with a lower temperature than the average in Dubai. Eco-friendly design and green spaces will provide residents with the opportunity to constantly be in contact with nature. The houses will be surrounded by territories allocated for a nature reserve.
Expo Central is being built in the heart of Expo 2020, with residential areas facing Al Wasl Plaza and Jubilee Park, and a five-minute walk from attractions such as the Surreal Reservoir.
Mangrove Residences will be the first launched cluster consisting of three towers comprising 450 residences priced from 1.2 million AED ($330,000). These will be one- to three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom loft apartments and three-bedroom townhouses with access to the gardens at the podium level and to the roof terraces.
