Expo City Dubai will be completely pedestrian and car-free

A human-oriented city, accessible only to pedestrians without cars or heavy vehicles. Expo City Dubai will continue the legacy of Expo-2020 sustainable development. It became known that the city will be environmentally friendly and without cars, and buggies will be used to transport residents and guests. Scooters and bicycles will also be considered as a means of transportation for residents. At the moment, a parking strategy is being developed that will facilitate the movement of residents and guests of the city.

Earlier, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced the Expo-2020 transformation plan.

The venue of the exhibition is being transformed as a result of the overhaul of the old plan and will be called Expo City Dubai. The Expo team is revising the plan to make it an integrated city that meets all the needs of residents.
