
600 loans for UAE citizens in Dubai have been approved by the Government as part of the national housing program. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, tweeted that the loans were approved in accordance with the instructions of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai. The Crown Prince stated that the amount of loans amounted to AED 600,000,000.
«We monitor the lives of citizens and everything that makes them happy and provides them with a decent life», the Prince added.
In September 2021, it became known that families in Dubai will be eligible for loans of up to AED 1,000,000.
Sheikh Mohammed approved a similar measure and gave permission for the construction of 4,000 real estate units.
The project cost is AED 5,200,000,000.
