Demand for villas and townhouses in Dubai has increased by 20% from 2020.

The villas and townhouses category has accounted for 22% of real estate transactions in Dubai since the beginning of this year. Demand has been concentrated in many critical areas of the emirate, represented by Arabian Ranches, Al Furjan, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Islands, Dubai Hills Estate, Damak Hills 2, Nad Al Sheba and Springs.

This segment has seen growth since mid-2021, and the trend is expected to continue in the coming period.

The Corona pandemic has changed many concepts and habits, and during this period, people realized that they needed more space to live and meet the needs of their families. Restrictions have resulted in high demand for villas and townhouses.

Villas and townhouses generally have more parking spaces than regular apartments, and the maintenance fees for villas and townhouses are much lower than apartments with the same area.

These complexes are often surrounded by parks, green spaces, jogging and cycling paths.
