In Abu Dhabi, the sale of real estate in Saadiyat Lagoons starts

The developer announced the launch of Saadiyat Lagoons project, a residential area with views of the Persian Gulf and architecture inspired by nature. Only UAE citizens can purchase a new complex located on the eastern side of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi.

On November 3, 2022, 207 villas at the first stage of complex development will go on sale for just 6.1 million dirhams. For the properties, floor plans with four, five and six bedrooms are offered.

The construction of the project is expected to begin in the 2nd quarter of 2023, and the transfer is expected to begin at the beginning of the 2nd quarter of 2026.

An amphitheater, a water playground with a dry deck, a skatepark, basketball and volleyball courts, a climbing wall, playgrounds and parks will all be included. Residents will also have access to mosques, three majlis, shopping establishments and restaurants, a polyclinic, gas stations, a multifunctional complex for events, as well as schools and early learning centers in the city.

The project, which is part of a larger master plan for Saadiyat Island, will be located next to Mamsha Al-Saadiyat Beach. The district will be located on a land plot of 6.2 million square meters, which the developer purchased earlier in 2022.
