More than 100 million houses worth more than 100 million dirhams have been put up for sale in Dubai. Its owners believe that the market of ultra-luxury residential premises is at the peak of its development.
Apparently, the final figure for 2022 will surpass last year's, which was undoubtedly facilitated by the recent 280 million dirhams deal paid for a mansion in Palm Beach. There were other transactions, as a result of which each of the owners of the sold property received more than 100 million dirhams.
The summer of 2021 was a real breakthrough for the sale of luxury homes in Dubai. During this period, the real estate market was on the rise, and the attractiveness of the city as a destination for travel and accommodation of wealthy people from all over the world increased. Some of the subsequent property sales worth 100 million dirhams were related to viewings made during last year's summer holidays.
