During the week ending July 22, 2022, real estate and property transactions were made in the amount of 10.9 billion dirhams. A total of 2,509 transactions were made.
263 plots were sold for 1.46 billion dirhams; 1,716 apartments and villas were sold for 3.67 billion dirhams.
According to the weekly DLD report, the three largest transactions were the sale of land in Burj Khalifa for 167.09 million dirhams, in Al Barsha First for 70.6 million dirhams and in Burj Khalifa for 167.09 million dirhams.
In Al Habib Fifth, the most transactions were made this week - 130 purchases for 328.15 million dirhams. Jebel Ali First took second place with 32 sales worth 92.67 million dirhams, and Al Kufrah 2 took third place with 24 sales worth 28 million dirhams.
The total value of the mortgaged property for the week was 5.09 billion dirhams, while the land in Al Satwa received the highest mortgage payment of 96 million dirhams.
