In Q1 2022, 32 houses worth $10 million were sold in Dubai

In the first three months of 2022, buyers from the UAE and beyond purchased more than 30 properties worth $10 million in Dubai, paving the way for another record year in luxury housing sales.

In 2021, the number of houses with a price of $10 million exceeded the cumulative figure of Dubai for 2015-20. Since the beginning of the year, sales of super-elite homes in 2022 will be equal to or close to the indicator of 2021. This means that the demand for luxury homes in Dubai from wealthy people around the world is not weakening.
