Dubai developers have accelerated the pace of project implementation, which is a positive indicator for the market. According to forecasts, MBR City will become the area of Dubai with the largest number of residential units commissioned in 2022.
According to a number of data, the community took the first place in Dubai in the ranking by the number of completed residential units in the first quarter of 2022. In total, about 6,700 residential real estate units were delivered to the Dubai real estate market in the first quarter of 2022. It is planned to deliver another 31,000 residential units by the end of 2022.
The Dubai real estate market continues to develop positively. In May 2022, more than 5,440 transactions were registered, representing an increase of 33% year-on-year. In the sectors of apartments and villas, there was an increase of 9.5% and 19.8%, respectively, while the average price per square meter increased by almost 11% over the year.
MBR City is expected to maintain its leadership in the housing supply market until the end of the year. The second and third places in this ranking are followed by Downtown Dubai (15%) and Dubailand (11%).
