According to the results of Q2 2023, the most active investors in Dubai real estate were citizens of India, Great Britain and Russia. The constant high demand from foreign citizens has become one of the reasons for the record rise in real estate prices, according to market participants.
Experts noted that Russians have been consistently in third place since the beginning of the year. At the same time, if at the beginning of the year the leaders of the list were the British, then in the second quarter they lost the championship to the Indians.
According to forecasts, 4,500 more millionaires will move to the UAE in 2023 alone. For comparison, 5,200 wealthy emigrants arrived in the country in 2022.
In addition to citizens of India, the UK and Russia, TOP-10 most active investors included citizens of Egypt, the UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Italy, Lebanon and France.
