It was announced about the sale of all houses in the Burton complex, a residential building with 245 apartments in Dubai's Al Furjan district. 85% of the finished objects of the project were sold to 49 different nationalities.

190 studio apartments, 41 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 16 luxury penthouses make up 245 units in the Berton complex. The project is steadily moving forward and is expected to be completed by the end of 2022. Announcing the successful sale, the developer noted that investors from the UAE have purchased the majority (33%) of residences, followed by investors from Europe with a share of 27%.

The breakdown by nationality also shows a noticeable demand from sub-continental ROI applicants, who account for 25% of transactions. They are followed by clients from countries such as Lebanon, Canada, Brazil and the United States of America.
