Jubail Marina was presented in Abu Dhabi after the conclusion of a contract worth $11 million

Two of Dubai's largest companies have signed a contract worth 40 million dirhams ($11 million) for the construction of a new marina in the Marfa Al Jubail community. The transfer of a luxury coastal project with a marina, houses and a yacht club to operation is expected by mid-2024, while the residential area in Marfa Al Jubail is planned to be launched in October 2022.

The area will consist of 41 townhouses and 18 apartments surrounded by mangroves.

Marfa Al Jubail will stand at the luxury yacht club complex and the promenade with restaurants. The height of buildings in Jubail Island will be strictly controlled, and no villa will exceed 15 meters.

The project was launched in April 2022, when the Islamic Bank of Abu Dhabi provided financing in the amount of 500 million dirhams ($136 million) in accordance with Sharia law for development and construction. The financing covers infrastructure works and the construction of up to 453 villas and 133 townhouses in the first phase of construction.

In 2022, Abu Dhabi is waiting for a number of new large-scale housing projects.
